Rofoege Nursing Assistance
Improving support for Nursing and CNA teams
Improving Health In Care Facilities
The importance of building a better future for those whom we are closely related to and those whom we have been so close to in younger years should mean more to us all now than ever before. The care that the elderly are getting within the health system is not justified for the time and money spent on the US health care system. The pressures on nurses and nursing assistants has grown 10 fold as the lack of properly trained individuals to mentally handle the challenges that approach them increase.

Rofoege Nursing Teams improves the abilities of nurses and CNA's to properly handle these pressures. Our semimonthly online meetings allows nurses and nurses aides to participate by letting us know of the problems that they see which are making their jobs more difficult. Those wanting other online continuing education courses may need to consult other sources, as our course is by location.
For those who have not had proper nurse training or CNA training beforehand, we not only review some of the most important points of duties in the workplace, but also cover the attitude about those specific responsibilities.
This allows us to help improve the work environment and atmosphere of those in the health care field by empowering and strengthening their mind over the mundane, repetitive, and demanding features that can come within the nursing field.
Nursing Points Covered
- Improving your thinking beforehand
- Help yourself to help others
- Nursing Duties are duties in living
- Improving your care as a certified nurse assistant
- Building a positive atmosphere in your health care career
